Rare Irish maker Trulock. Signed Dublin. Right side of barrel says Thomas Phibbs Esq. (hard to see in the picture but clear in real life). Right side says Dunamurry. He was the high sheriff in the late 1700s. This was his massive crowd controller I guess.
